如果ReadLine()在返回的内容中不包含换行符,您可能需要做一些工作才能找到它/它们。但是如果你可以得到TextReader使用的FileStream对象(不知道它是否被暴露),你可以添加代码来检测问题行(从“841”开始),然后敲一个断点(或Debugger.Break()),然后使用底层的FileStream来备份位置并读取原始字节以查看有哪些内容。
