我最终通过将自定义工具栏视图分配给视图控制器的inputAccessoryView来解决问题,而不是将其分配给视图控制器的inputAccessoryViewController的inputView属性。

最大的问题是,在原始代码中,模态呈现的任何视图控制器(例如UIImagePickerViewController)都会混淆inputAccessoryViewController,并且在返回到原始控制器时将被完全抛弃。无论如何,使用控制器似乎是不必要的,它更多的是直接键盘定制而不是配件。
