在uitableview的标签中重新加载文本

Question

现在我正在获取表视图标签中的文本，当我更新在0索引处全局声明的项目数组并返回时，它不会更新表索引0处的表视图行中的行，但是当我更新其他行然后更新。而且，当我向上滚动表格视图时，它显示索引0在所有索引值。这里是我的代码
