不要看名称空间前缀;看看命名空间的URI。

虽然a自带b之前，i来w前：

xmlns:b="http://www.ietf.org" 
    xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org"

因此b:attr="sorted"来a:attr="out"标准地之前。

注意：在e5，b:attr先a:attr因为主键是命名空间URI不是命名空间前缀
