解決：
訪問官方網站 licensecodes.oracle.com  
License Codes -> BEA -> BEA products -> BEA WebLogic ->BEA WebLogic Server Products ->選擇對應版本

替換Weblogic安裝目錄下license.bea，再重啟Weblogic可解除5個IP訪問限制
