plupload变量上传路径？

我正在使用plupload将文件上传到我的服务器（http://www.plupload.com/index.php），但是我想知道是否有任何方法使上传路径变量。

基本上我需要先选择上传路径文件夹，然后使用plupload选择文件，然后上传到最初选择的文件夹。

我已经尝试了几种不同的方法，但我似乎无法传递upload.php文件的变量文件夹路径。我正在使用plupload的Flash版本。
