没有域如何在Windows Server 2012 R2中安装Sharepoint 2016

我新的共享点，坚持在没有域的SharePoint安装过程。我的电脑在工作组，所以我使用bellow脚本来创建数据库，但它显示我错误需要帮助如何解决这个脚本错误。

New-SPConfigurationDatabase –DatabaseName SharePoint16_Config –DatabaseServer TEST_SERVER\MSSQLSERVER2014 –AdministrationContentDatabaseName SharePoint16_Content –Passphrase (ConvertTo-SecureString [email protected]!5t0c## –AsPlaintext –Force) –FarmCredentials (Get-Credential) -localserverrole SingleServerFarm
