python 2.7 + RHEL 6.5 + Shapely-1.4.4:MemoryError

对于RHEL + selinux enabled + /tmp as noexec,试图访问和执行/tmp的任何模块都会生成一个MEMORY ERROR。

在我的情况,/tmpnoexec和SELinux的被实施

/tmp默认为defaults,noexec,nosuid,nodev
