好了，该解决方案是：

1. 重命名文件GDIPAPI.pas，GDIPObj.pas和GDIPUtils.pas位于该组件的文件夹，到GDIPlus子文件夹。我通过添加尾随x来重命名它们。 所以我结束了GDIPAPIx.pas，GDIPObjx.pas和GDIPUtilsx.pas

2. 编辑PAS文件和更换单位名称为新名称，并更新用途子句指向新的单位名称。 （我还将更改后的pas文件添加到我的Lib文件夹中）

3. 编译，构建和安装组件。
