IE打不开MSDN,出现提示The specified CGI application encountered an error and the server terminated the process 的解决方法

笔者测试环境：windows 7，IE8

方法如下：

打开IE8，“工具”——“Internet选项”——选择“高级”选项卡，

在“重置Internet Explorer设置”一项，选择“重置”按钮

在“删除个性化设置”一项，勾选上，点击“重置”按钮

点击“关闭”按钮

点击“确定”按钮，并关闭IE的所有窗口，重新打开IE，显示如下提示

选择“稍后询问”按钮，即可。
