Salesforce中使用分配规则分发Lead | Lead Assignment Rules

【场景描述】：当使用Web-To-Lead捕获某跨国公司官网的线索时，为了让线索合理分配给相应的销售人员去跟踪，设置线索分配规则，自动为特定区域，特定技能的销售人员分配所要跟踪的线索就显得尤为重要了。

1. In lightning, if we have no active Lead Assignment Rules, we cannot view the checkbox to use the active rules when creating a Lead record.

Once we had activated one Lead Assignment Rules, the checkbox would show.

2. In classic edition, whether we had activated the Lead Assignment Rules or not, we would see the optional checkbox below the Lead edit mode. Just like the screenshot.

But if we deactivated the rule, then we keep the optional checkbox checked, an error would be showed as below.

1. 如何使用线索分配规则呢？

我们可以大胆地做下测试，假设A用户创建好了Lead1，然后他想将该Lead1分配给B，这种情况有两种方案。其一，直接使用change owner，选择B用户保存Lead1；其二，创建好一条基于owner为A则自动分配给B的线索分配规则，这个时候在Lead1被A创建保存的时候，该owner自动变成了B，如果之前无该分配规则但是这条记录已经被A创建了，这个时候A reedit这条记录并勾选optional中的checkbox，就可以实现共享了。

2. 对于条件为queue的分配规则，那么lead owner equals 的值是什么呢？
经过测试，queue值应为queue label，而不是queue name和queue id，见下图：

3. 如果条件为user，那么lead owner的值为什么呢？
经测试为user name（full name）,not user id。
