Download the p_w_picpath files to burn CD.

Boot from cd-rom, start install.

F11 (Accept and continue)

Select keyboard layout then enter to continue
Set password then enter to continue
Scan system
F11 to insatll
Enter to reboot
Rebooting
After Reboot, show the VMware ESXI5 interface
F2 and put password to customize system
configure Management Network
