解决方法：

系统时间不对,原先是2002年.现在改成2019年问题就完全解决了. 因为我电脑太老了,主板电池没电了,后来还是改了.然后后来再打开keil发现没有提示了,编译也通过了,然后我把系统时间改成2002年.问题又出现了,再改再改成2019年又没问题了,,最后得出结论是系统时间不对,。
