Jupyter Notebook更改目录路径
环境win10 anaconda下安装的环境
临时更改目录：
打开Anaconda Prompt，输入Jupyter notebook 更改目录，这样就打开网页为设置目录；
永久更改目录：
cmd -》jupyter notebook ->> jupyter notebook --generate-config->>打开目录下的jupyter_notebook_config.py文件-》》找到里面的## The directory to use for notebooks and kernels.
