What does #BeBold mean to you
My personal understanding about this slogan is: be proactive! Wheneven you have thought about an idea which could bring values to your team, your company or your customers, DO NOT hesitate or wait till you are told by your managers. Just DO IT.
For me, since I am honored to nominated by SAP community committee as a SAP Technology Ambassador in China, I am always seeking more efficient channels to promote our technology to local ecosystem.
Wechat is a very popular mobile application with 1 billion active user per month. In the early begining of 2018, I begin to write post related to SAP technology in Wechat platform and received very positive feedback from readers.
I discussed this initiative with my managers and get very strong encouragement.
Then colleagues from Chengdu office who also have interests to share their expertise out have been working with Jerry to keep on writing at least one SAP technical blogs per week. Finally in 2018 we have totally 87 articles posted from 24 colleagues.
