导入的项目进行Export或者在tomcat上部署时，报出There are no resources that can be added or removed from the server
这个是因为下载下来的项目没有eclipse的相关配置文件，eclipse不知道这是一个什么项目。
解决办法：
项目上右键：
在project facets中创建配置，选择动态web项目即可。
