在你可以用数据库管理工具正常打开数据库还出错的情况你就要检查一下是不是数据库服务出现了什么问题了,具体如下:

打开服务(找不到的自行百度)找到MySQL右键属性->登录改成以下形式关于数据库连接报错Connections could not be acquired from the underlying database!

然后返回关于数据库连接报错Connections could not be acquired from the underlying database!

右键重启服务就可以了
