C:\Windows\System32下缺少hadoop.dll,把这个文件拷贝到C:\Windows\System32下面即可。

mr任务尽量在linux下的hadoop集群运行，在windows下会出现这种很玄学的问题，因为我是正确的代码，运行成功的，这次突然出这种问题。
