SpringCloud 自定义负载均衡算法

官方说明：自定义配置类不能放在@ComponentScan所扫描的当前包以及子包下面，否则我们自定义的配置类就会被所有的Ribbon客户端共享，也就是说我们达不到特殊化定制的目的了。

@SpringBootApplication注解中有@CompontentScan注解，这个加上SpringBootApplication所在的类所在的包，不能有自定义的负载配置类

我们定义成每5次换一个服务提供，在不同包下建立mySelfRule配置类，创建自定义配置类RandomRule_ZY

照猫画虎，复制一份随机负载的服务，修改里面的源码

启动3个EurekaServer ，3个提供者，一个消费者，访问接口localhost/consumer/dept/list每五次换一个服务提供。
