频段和频点信息如何映射那?协议中如下规定:
FDL = FDL_low +0.1(NDL – NOffs-DL)
FUL =FUL_low + 0.1(NUL –NOffs-UL)
例如:要计算频点为38000的频段,那么根据频点表格,首先确定EARFCN=38000是BAND38的频段,那么FDL_low=2570,NOffs-DL=37750
FDL = 2570+ 0.1(38000 –37750)=2595
位于 2570 ~2620之间
