SQL Server Configuration Manager无法连接WMI的解决方法
出错信息：
Cannot connect to WMI provider.You do not have permission or the server is unreachable.Note that you can only manager SQL Server 2005 and later version with SQL Server Configuration Manager.
The specified module could not be found. [0x8007007e]
解决方法：
step 1: 以管理员身份运行 Visual Studio 2008 Command Prompt;
step 2: 如下图所示，运行指令；
