查看/opt/bmc/Patrol3/pre_check.sh文件，得知脚本执行whoami和ls 执行的结果不相等，导致脚本执行失败，问题就出在ls –ld命令执行结果多了一行。按照pre_check.sh文件中PATH变量内容进行测试，如下

发现系统中有两个/usr/xpg4/bin/ls 和/usr/bin/ls，出问题的是/usr/bin/ls, 用/usr/xpg4/bin/ls 替换掉/usr/bin/ls，重新安装，成功。
