Vmware converter standalone 出现 permission to perform this operation was deny

背景：

由于换了新电脑，所以想着把老机子做成虚拟机，好在新电脑里能够直接用！然而意想不到的问题发生了，在我第二次转化的时候新窗口出现了报错：permission to perform this operation was deny 如图所示：
由于网上的教程都没有我的这么好使且中文版很少，所以出此解决教程

解决方法：把Vmware converter standalone以管理员权限打开就好（真的就这么简单）

详细：右键——>选择管理员权限
