web.xml 中报错：Start state is missing. Add at least one state to the flow

配置SpringMVC的过程中，web.xml报错：

Start state is missing. Add at least one state to the flow.

原因：
Eclipse 认为 XML 是“Spring Web Definition File”

解决方法：
在Spring Explorer中找到报错web.xml所属项目。
右键，选择properties。
选择Web Flow Support ， 移除XML 。
