svn提交报错

本人解决方法：

SVN 的连接库有两种，一种是JavaHL，一种是SVNKit，如果你默认的选择的是JavaHL在你的系统中无法正常工作，

那么就选择SVNKit再次尝试提交，即可解决此问题。
