Experience on using the JDSU(Viavi)
1. How to connect to JDSU on PC or Server(Windows)
a) USB Port
Modify IP, net mask and gateway. After modify the IP address, please reboot the chassis to make it work.
b) Serial Port
Use serial cable connect with the RS232 ports on the back. Set the baud rate to 57600.
3）TCP/IP network
Log in by IP on the Web, User: JDSU Password: JDSUsnt
2. Check/Upgrade FW
3. Small but important details
a) The delay between JDSU and PC/server is more than 200ms, should set the 'Clock Sync Ordered Set'.
b) Sending Mode - There are three modes to run a test: User/Time/Frame.
