关于springboot项目的配置文件yml和properties问题分析

当我们把aplication.properties文件更改为application.yml的文件时，运行类检测不到url配置文件的内容，应该是springboot的版本升级为2.02版本的问题；
现在仍然是一个bug，所以还是把文件更改为application.properties

这样就可以用了
