在中美博弈加剧的背景下，八月最引人注意的可能就是13日发布会上麒麟软件正式发布了最新的桌面版OS——银河麒麟桌面操作系统V10，并表示该系统可以兼容安卓生态。在美国大打科技战,利用一切可能的手段压制中国科技崛起的当下,以及微软多年垄断PC操作系统市场的局面下,银河麒麟操作系统V10的发布消息,无疑令国人受到极大的鼓舞。从Android到MATLAB，从5G到芯片，我们的短板与成长都在显露，相信在我们的努力下，短板将会消失，但成长不会停止，中国，会愈加强大！
