将mnist的图片用间隔取点的办法处理成9*9,用3*3的卷积核,卷积核的数量从1个到57个,收敛标准是1e-4,每个收敛标准收敛199次取平均值,比较卷积核数量的最优值是多少。

这张图是con=20到con=57,这张图可以更加清楚的看到con=47时形成的pave峰,
虽然并不排除当卷积核数量大于57个以后可能会出现更大的pave,但这个网络当卷积核数量大于36个时已经变得不稳定,再实验更大的卷积核数量实用性并不强。
是否可能用简单的三层网络减小收敛标准的办法实现多卷积核网路的性能?

实验表明用81*30*10的网络10分类mnist的0-9当收敛标准等于1e-5的时候就几乎无法收敛。用简单的三层网络只能达到约4个核的性能。因此对于二分类或者三分类的网络才可能通过减小收敛标准的办法用简单的3层网络来快速的实现多核网络的性能,但对于多分类的网络卷积核是有巨大的性能优势。
再比较前面的实验数据用3*3的卷积核二分类0和2的卷积核最优值是4个,而10分类是47个,可以大致估算每增加一个分类对象需要多加5个卷积核。
