运行环境 Python 3.6 Tensoflow
这个问题在cmd和pycharm里面未出现过，但是用ipython就会出现，只要多次点击运行就会出错，个人的理解是因为程序在
点击Consoles中的Resart kernel 问题就可以解决！！！！
