什么是元规范metanom？《An Evolutionary Approach to Norms》

现在来讲讲最后一部分，什么是metanorm。

In other words, be vengeful, not only against the violators of the norm, but also against anyone who refuses to punish the defectors. This amounts to establishing a norm that one must punish those who do not punish a defection. This is what I will call a metanorm.
我们不仅仅要反对触犯了norm的人，也要反对拒绝惩罚这些人的人。这种就是元规范，metanorm
作者之前已经讲了什么是norm以及什么是norm game，现在扩展norm game 到metanorm game。

当Lee看到一个人作弊并没有惩罚的时候，其他人有几率看到这样的不惩罚行为，然后对这样的不惩罚行为进行惩罚。也就是惩罚Lee。

同样运行了五次模拟，每次产生了100代，发现每次的结果都会是高vengefulness和低boldness。
