大家好~~

我们是中国科学技术大学-微软亚洲研究院联合培养班高级软件工程课程的微盟（MicroTeam），由Liuhang，Gaoyao，Song，Cuiling，Zhongbo和Hui组成。我们的教练是邹欣老师，《移山之道》和《编程之美》的作者。我们的目标是。。。。没有驻牙

哈哈~ 其实我们的目标很纠结。听我慢慢吹吧

先让我揭秘传说中的“中国科学技术大学-微软亚洲研究院联合计划”。 很久很久以前，微软亚洲研究院就开始和中国科学技术大学共同培养直博生。每年中国科学技术大学都有七位左右的应届毕业生中保送成为该项目的直博生（大四上开学时确定）。入选的直博生大四在微软亚洲研究院实习一年，同时在研究院完成大四的课程和毕业设计。今年开始，双方决定扩大实验成果，让更多的优秀科大准毕业生到微软亚洲研究院实习，锻炼科研能力。于是，有了我们，中国科学技术大学-微软亚洲研究院联合陪养班。我们班的主力是大四本科生。于是，我们要看论文、做实验、学课程、听讲座、围观大牛。更狠的是，我们要必修“高级软件工程”课程。

再让我揭秘传说中的“高级软件工程”课程。很久很久以前，伟大的邹欣老师就开始教授软件工程课程，北大清华北航都有他的学生。他教授的是真正的软件工程，不是传说中的毛邓三。该课程由各种书本，各种实验，各种博客，各种邮件混合而成，酸甜苦辣。其中，微盟（MicroTeam），即是尝试这种混合物的小白鼠之一。

既然都小白鼠了。。。所以我们希望通过这个博客把我们在这，微软研究研究院实习&学习，的各种感觉，各种收获，各种Bug分享给读者。常来顶顶~你是我们的动力！！！！！！

       I'm Zhongbo from IM [email protected] msra. I'm busy doing the new HEVC standard, which is the next generation video coding standard after H.264. So I have only limited time to update the blogs. Sorry.

       I am Gaoyao Xiao. Like most of my peers, I feel pleased to work as an intern in MSRA. Why? Because of delicious fruits every 3 o’clock pm, sufficient drinks all the day, perfect table for pingpong, free billiards, free library, good salary etc. You don’t think so right? Bingo! All those listed above are cloud drifts, more exactly accessories. The most important reason that I like this internship is that we can here get to know world class research and make friends with excellent young people. We can learn a lot in MSRA.

Finally, I’d like to tell you about my expectation in this one year intern: Learn hard, Play hard!!

     I'm Hui Zhong. Happy to meet you here in MSRA. As you teammate said, I come here for the dream. I dream that one day all the people in the earth are full of happy. To achieve that, I need to strengthen my ability, that will be coding ability, English ability and communication ability.

Actually, I'm a lazy guy. But I'm the captain of MicroTeam. It's my honor to help you teammates get ride of the troubles you meet. Thank you Zhongbo and Gaoyao to remind me that. Please feel free to call me when you need help. I'm not experienced as a leader. I need you teamates' help, too. Okay~
