What attracted you to SAP

The diversity of career development path. I know in some IT company especially some in China, if developer show their talent in development, they will be promoted to managers to lead a team, even if their personal will is to become a real technical expert.

In SAP, we have a diversity of career development path. Most freshmen will work as a developer after graduation, and we can choose different path after working as developers for a given period. In fact many colleagues who joined SAP at just the same time as me chose new role as their development and now already grew as professional product owners, quality enginners or development managers. For sure for those developers who prefer to stick to programming, SAP still provides development expert or development architect role. In SAP if developers would not like to work as a manager, they do not have to ????
