如和运用官方IEEE Latex 模板
- 首先进入IEEE Manuscript Templates 网站：https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
- 点击 LaTex Template and LaTex Bibilography files, 下载。下载后解压会得到两个文件夹：Conference-LaTeX-template_7-9-18 和 IEEEtranBST2， 将IEEEtranBST2里的三个bib后缀的文件移到Conference-LaTeX-template_7-9-18文件夹下。
- 然后，新建一个txt. 文件按照google citiation 里的格式将参考文献放入其中，然后将文件后缀改为bib.将新编辑的参考文献命名为strings.bib 和 refs.bib, 然后将他们加入到Conference-LaTeX-template_7-9-18文件夹下。
- 最后，在文档的最后加上两句话
