basler 相机无法连接上图像采集卡

PC机放置时间有些长了，相机连接到图像采集卡上，没有反应，没有识别出。

将图像采集卡更换了一个插槽，之前是在一个短的PCI-E上，更换到长的（蓝色的）上之后，可以识别出来了。

但是系统将它识别成普通网卡了。使用配置 pylon  ip config 配置好ip后，打开pylon viewer，出现下面错误
