Dell R720服务器更换硬盘后重启自检报错，不能进入操作系统的解决办法

现有一台DELL R720服务器，重启服务器发现出现报错信息，无法继续自检并进入操作系统，报错信息如下：

There are offline or missing virtual drives with preserved cache.
Please check the cables and ensure that all drives are present.
Press any key to enter the configuration utility.

问题原因：阵列卡的缓存中还存有故障硬盘的缓存信息，且该缓存信息对于新硬盘来说已经无效，所以在更换新硬盘时也需要将阵列卡的缓存信息清除，才可使用新硬盘。

解决办法：进入阵列卡BIOS，在VD Mgmt页面的Perc H710 Adapter上按F2，在出来的菜单中选择Manage Preserved Cache，清除掉阵列卡上的缓存后重启。
