win2008 启用 mongodb 服务出错 1053 的解决方法或者安装过程中报如下错误：Service ‘MongoDB Server’(MongoDB) failed to start.Verify that you hava sufficient privileges to start system services.
MongoDB4.0以上版本可以自己安装过程中启动服务，但是往往因为环境等各种原因出现一些启动服务的错误：
