当eclipse安装Spring-tool-suite插件时，报出以上错误，并长时间停留在
该界面时，问题可能是eclipse一直在尝试从自己的更新源下载插件，因为局域网环境所致，连接不上，
解决方法很简单，只要在"Available
Software Sites"中将所有网址前的对号去掉再次尝试即可安装成功，
操作如下图：
