**解决方法
**1打开dos
2输入netstat -ano|findstr 8080
这个错误是端口号被占用，大多数人的端口号都是8080，如果不是换成自己的端口号
这一步是查看占用的此端口的进程
3输入taskkill /pid 9872 /f
9872是我自己查询到的占用的进程，大家自行更换
4重新启动即可
