1.发现错误

　　接到任务要转换一台Linux为虚拟机，开始工作了

　　1.1下载安装好VMware vCenter Converter Standalone Client 如下图：

1.2 填写源计算机信息

1.3填写目标服务器信息

 1.3.1提示SSL Exception：Unexpected EOF 

1.3.4发现是exsi和converter的版本不匹配的问题，换成了exsi5.5。

 1.4配置目标虚拟机名称等信息

1.5助手虚拟机网络，配置为exsi主机所在的网段。一定要保证这个IP能和被转换电脑是连通的。

1.6 失败: 出现了常规系统错误: DiskLib_Open failed on ha-nfcssl://[datastore1] test/[email protected]:
902!52 d3 4c bc 08 9a ca 34-de 5c 01 97 0b 18 72 a7 with error One of the parameters supplied is invalid.

2.解决

       2.1最后发现怎么做都不成功，于是更换了Converter 程序为6.2，exsi为6.5

2.2安照步骤1里面的配置。

2.3成功完成转换
