Loading PDSC Debug Description failed for XXX问题解决方案

Keil 5升级ARM支持包后每次打开都会出现如下图字样的提示，同时在BuildOutput窗口出现文字提示，可按如下方案解决：

File : D:\Keil_v5\ARM\PACK\Keil\STM32F1xx_DFP\2.3.0\Keil.STM32F1xx_DFP.pdsc

E203 : Undefined identifier - function ‘Message’

首先，BuildOutput窗口提示的信息（D:\Keil_v5\ARM\PACK\Keil\STM32F1xx_DFP\2.3.0\Keil.STM32F1xx_DFP.pdsc ），找到对应路径下的PDSC文件

其次，该文件是只读文件，右键属性，将只读属性去掉后打开文件，搜索Message(2, “Not a genuine ST Device! Abort connection.”);，并将其删除

最后保存，将文件的只读属性再添加上
