1.首先进入该网站进行注册

注册完毕会收到邮件，根据邮件中发送的内容与密码即可登陆网站下载数据。

2.关于一级产品和二级产品及以上的选择

一级产品的目录为jma/

pub目录里面的为二级产品和三级产品。
