通过requirement.txt安装所需库时出现 “ERROR: Command errored out with exit status 1: python setup.py egg_info Check the logs for full command output.”

解决办法:

找到错误中前面的ERROR
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement Cython (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for Cython

发现是安装Cython的问题(具体是哪个库结合自己情况查看，我这里时Cython,其他库的问题也可以用类似方法解决)，自己用找国内源单独安装Cython就可以解决
如：pip install Cython -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
