The IRM-36xxMF31 series devices are miniature type(微型) infrared receivers which have been developed and designed by using the latest IC technology, specially optimized to suppress interferences(排除干扰) from TFT backlight. The photo diode(光电二极管) and preamplifier(前置放大器) are assembled onto a lead frame and molded into an epoxy package which operates as an IR filter. The demodulated output signal can directly be decoded by a microprocessor.
