法一：只对当前文件有效

菜单栏   ->   View   ->   Active Editor   ->   Use Soft Wraps；

法二：如果想对所有文件都有效

1、勾选：在setting里面进行操作：File   ->   Setting   ->   Editor   ->   General    ->   Soft-wrap these files

2、在Soft-wrap these files中添加“ ;*.py”如图
