R语言shiny包运行runApp()报错的解决
经过尝试，大概率是编码问题，即你使用的编码方式不支持汉语字符，从而显示：R does not seem to be encoded in UTF8
Warning in readLines(file, warn = FALSE) :

解决方法有两个：
1. 在RStudio里面设置：save with Encoding
2. 在其他软件比如notepad++里更改
