问题一：

java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value 'Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

练习数据库连接池编译后报出这个错误，百度之后是因为url信息缺少useJDBCCompliantTimezoneShift=true和serverTimezone=UTC 这一项；

原url :      url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/users

改后url: 

url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/users?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8&useJDBCCompliantTimezoneShift=true&useLegacyDatetimeCode=false&serverTimezone=UTC&useSSL=false

问题二：

此外，若出现下面的警告不要担心，不是什么错误，是因为没有把useSSL设置为false，即useSSL=false
