EasyDemo*Git客户端提交时报错Commit Failed:Failed to create a new commit(实用) ??

2.GitBash命令行报错: git add android fatal: Unable to create 'E:/android/.git/index.lock': File exists.  If no other git process is currently running, this probably means a git process crashed in this repository earlier. Make sure no other git process is running and remove 

3.解决办法(实用):

在项目中打开隐藏文件显示，进入.git目录，删除git/index.lock（如果不放心可以把该文件进行备份），

然后再次执行之前的操作发现问题解决
