Allpet AMA回放：如何使用区块链技术改变宠物市场

BithumbGlobal: Can you please describe us the origin to develop Allpet? What led you to start this project?

MayG: First of all, there are many pet lovers and protectors among the crew. We encountered many problems like most of pet protectors, such as food safety, high medical prices, and lack of professional feeding knowledge and etc. During the market research phase, we discovered the number of abandoned dogs has increased, together with a growing number of people raising pets. According to report from Statista, global companion animal market size can be currently estimated at annual 200 billion dollars, and the related market has been
growing at a annual growth rate of 10% since 2012. However, pet services regarding medical treatment information and insurance in preparation for unexpected accidents are still at a fledgling stage. This is all because the lack of accurate information on individual characteristics of pets. Thanks to the technology of Blockchain, and the self-developed world's first Nose Print Authentication technology, we can create a life cycle reward system that protectors and pets use together, and an ecosystem of data sharing to solve all the problems. The life of pet can't be changed only by interest. It led us to start up the project, to create a pet’s life cycle management for
happy companion animal ecosystem.

BithumbGlobal: Hmm, then how can you build the happy companion animal ecosystem? can you tell us in details?

MayG: Each pet has an ID which follows the pet's whole life. Through an entity authentication ID, it is possible to connect with clinical information
such as vaccination, prescriptive medicine, surgical records and it also allow you to recommend appropriate products and services for pets. Identifiable information that can't be forged and health records are essential for joining financial products such as insurance, trusts, and mutual aid that have emerged in advanced countries recently. By using pet's nose print authentication technology and blockchain, Allpet will create a life cycle management platform based O2O commerce network and reward system, and pet community system. Maintaining pets' life cycle information with development of the world's first decentralized pet ID and PHR database, Allpet will solve the problems arising from asymmetric information and create a healthy pet ecosystem.

BithumbGlobal: Before you said, that a pet entity ID is using the pet nose print authentication technology, can you introduce us this technology?

MayG: The conventional identification authentication technology such as embedded chip inserting method(RFID), external chip attachment method, arterial authentication method, iris authentication method have various problems like these may damage to animal body, low authentication rate, complicate process, high cost, and etc. So we developed Nose print entity authentication technology using different nose wrinkle pattern for each pet like human fingerprint. It won't hurt pet body, and the entity authentication rate is very high at 95.4%. Protectors can simply register a pet by using the camera of their mobile phone. It is world's best entity authentication technology which is capable in various species such as dog, cat, cow, pig, and etc. Blockchain and nose print authentication technology based entity information cannot be forged and deleted. It is possible to easily manage abandoned and lost dogs and solve the related social problem. Protectors can easily manage medical records(date of medical exam, vaccination, prescription medicine, operation record etc.) by constructing pet ID information(species, age, gender, location, owner, and etc) based O2O clinic network. It is possible to facilitate joining financial items such as insurance, trusts and funeral service through de-centralized Pet ID and health record(PHR). It collects and analyzes the data such as entity characteristics, PHR, and purchase history to provide recommendation for pets.

MayG: In Allpet ecosystem, PET represents a digital crypto currency that can be traded. Users can be rewarded PET through Allpet ecosystem, such as registering pet information, purchasing pet products, using O2O service, contributing to the community, and etc.
In addition to O2O commerce network, PET can also be traded on digital currency exchanges.

BithumbGlobal: Allpet aims to construct an industrial network for pet life cycle management, what’s your plan?

MayG:
1. We have our own online shop, all products supplies and ship information can be recorded and tracked on the chain.
2. In the Allpet platform, pet ID information(species, age, gender, location, owner etc.) can be provided to veterinary clinic through the management system, if user agrees to collect personal information, and veterinary clinic can register pet's medical record(data of medical exam, vaccination, prescription medicine, operation record etc.) to platform and manage using blockchain. Through this, it is possible to construct O2O environment which is available for continuous care and consistent health care at any animal clinics.
3. Allpet can provide unforgeable insurant's information to financial institutions. Furthermore, it will be possible to recommend optimized financial products (insurance, trust, funeral service) for pets.
4. In Allpet community, pet professionals can share breeding knowledge and answer questions to get PET reward.
5. By collecting and analyzing data such as entity characteristics and PHR, purchase history, it is possible to recommend various customized services for pets such as supplies, beauty, caring, hotel, dog walker, pet sitting, pet boarding, insurance, funeral service, and etc. Moreover, it is possible to acquire food record to understand pet's eating habit and feed ingredients through food transaction history.
Allpet can construct related industrial O2O network such as production/distribution(parcel out) of entity life cycle, health, medical treatment (clinic, pharmaceuticals), finance, food, production/service (beauty, training school, hotel, pet sitter/dog walker etc.), and education, based on structured entity DB. Moreover, owners can do a rational consumption such as product searching/price comparison, points saving, and customized product recommendations through PC and mobile.

5.数据库服务，PHR和购买记录等数据进行收集分析，向宠物主推荐有关健康，美容，寄养，酒店，散步代理，保险，安葬等多种定制型服务，同时可通过食品交易内容，了解宠物的饮食习惯，获取饲料成分的食物记录，借此掌握各个体及同品种个体的饲料消耗趋势，继而向各个体提供最优化的饲料推荐及生产商调配最合适的配方等。
并且运用区块链技术打通所有生态环节，对宠物ID, 医院诊疗信息, 商品/服务等购买记录进行串联管理。使用大数据进行分析，推荐最适宜宠物生命周期的商品及服务，实现对宠物主管理模式的预测，随着宠物的生长，宠物相关生命周期数据也愈加完善，同时服务的配比率也随之不断提升。Allpet可向使用者分别提供区块链报告书，提升宠物诊疗准确性的同时，亦可避免保险购买时，繁复材料准备等诸多问题。

BithumbGlobal: It's a challengeable and long term work to rebuild the whole ecosystem, what's plan for the whole ecosystem(PET token economy)?

MayG: We've been prepared for a long time from token economy model planning, blockchain applying to token release. It is not a simple ecological transformation, but a revolution of business mode. It is a change in production, distribution, and profit distribution. It is indeed challengeable to reconstruct this huge ecosystem. We mainly plan from three aspects:
1. Optimize mobile services
Pet protectors can simply enjoy various optimized online and offline services according to pets’ lifecycle management record, LBS and life record through ID registration without any third party intervention.
2. Expand the 4th industry
Construct big data and AI based life cycle management services platform through collecting and analyzing entity data.
3. Build Pet Big Data Center
Based on the nose print entity authentication technology, build Pet Big Data Center, solve pet related problems and take an active part in the animal rights campaigns.
Besides the above, we have gradually achieved project landing in China. First, we cooperated with the AI Research Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University to increase the authentication rate and range, build Allpet intelligent network to improve big data analysis capabilities.
We are discussing with AIG (American International Group) to provide mutual protect insurance. Through cooperation with Chinese public security system, pet license can be applied on online with the nose print entity authentication technology. Also Shanghai News Broadcasting FM 93.4 will open a live program for Allpet, to introduce pet raising knowledge, and hold online and offline activities to raise the branding awareness of Allpet.

除上述三个规划，我们已经在中国逐步实现了项目落地。首先和上海交通大学人工智能研究院合作，利用他们的AI优势帮助我们提升鼻纹鉴别的准确性和应用范围，构建整个Allpet智能网络提升大数据分析能力。
正在和AIG（美亚财产保险有限公司）沟通推出多种优质宠物保险，把宠物主的风险降到最低。
还有和中国公安系统探讨利用鼻纹鉴别技术的先进优势，将原本繁琐的犬证办理转成线上电子犬证，方便宠物主足不出户完成全部流程。
在普及知识方面和上海电台FM 93.4合作开通一档直播类节目，每天会讲解宠物知识帮助宠物主更好的照顾宠物，之后会展开线下课堂的活动扩大影响力和知名度。并且在开拓中国市场的同时也积极开拓韩国市场。

BithumbGlobal: It’s reported that Allpet has carried out a charity campaign to help abandoned dogs in Korea. Why do you want to organize such a campaign?
翻译:刚才说到韩国市场，我看到有报道Allpet在韩国举办了一个关爱流浪狗的慈善活动，为什么会想到举办这样的活动？
MayG: During the market research, we discovered the number of abandoned dogs has increased, together with a growing number of people raising pets. About half of abandoned dogs were put to sleep, this is unfair to them. We thought abandoned dogs should meet new owners and live happier.
This led us to help abandoned dogs. In order to better spread this campaign, we joined the Seoul Pet Show, Super Pet Show and G-STAR, and also invited famous Korea stars Nam Da Reum, Young Ji and Sleepy as the brand speaker of Allpet. The excellent design and technology of Allpet was loved and supported by presented guests, and about 2,000 people participated in the campaign. We plan to continue to help adopt abandoned dogs into better families with our efforts.

He is an e-commerce veteran, and expert in cross-industry resource integration with 22 years of marketing and operation experience. As we talked before, Allpet construct related industrial O2O network, his strategy and connections helps the project a lot. O2O network relies on big data to provide customized services. Different from the traditional O2O service, we will save the user the cumbersome steps before accepting services, such as telling the pet's living habits, signing contract and so on. A simple authorization, the pet information is synced to service providers, which is quick and easy.
We aims to offer qualified products and services at a reasonable price, and attract more people to help us improve the entire ecosystem. With pet database, we can provide the most effective plans for breeding institutions, since the risk of genetic diseases in breeding pets is very high.

MayG: The difference from other competitors? Interesting question, I'm gonna answer this question from three aspects.
1. For Pet Protectors, as a pet lifetime management platform, Allpet has the best information input system, users with a smart phone can scan nose print to complete Pet ID registration easily. When you register as pet protector, content provider, consumer, advertiser, or pet businesses, you will get unified rewards in Allpet ecosystem.
2. For Pets, based on the constructed entity DB, Allpet can generate pet report regularly, help pet protectors to discover the risky diseases timely and increase the pet life cycle by recommending appropriate pet food and services according to the big data analysis.
3. For Pet businesses, using big data service, Allpet can improve product and service quality, and prevent over breeding to create a healthy pet ecosystem.
