今天是2020.2.29，距离上次的美赛培训已经过去有一个多月了…
这一个多月发生了太多事情，
谁也没能想到疫情的爆发和传染会如此迅速，
谁也没想到接下来的一整个月可能都要待在家里，
果然应了那句话：未来与意外，你永远不知道哪一个会先来。
疫情当下，也发生了很多很多事情，
关乎人性，道德，良知，当然还有善良与援助，
总而言之，希望疫情尽快结束，武汉加油！中国加油！

一、选拔结果

很幸运地，我们小队最终通过了选拔！
得知结果的那一刻非常开心，这么多天的熬夜和努力没有白费！
同时，也证明我们这段时间的学习成果得到了认可，开森(/≧▽≦)/

二、疫情肆虐，学校取消美赛

嗨，还不容易通过了选拔，谁知道遇到了疫情美赛取消了呢！

虽然，通过了选拔但是无法参加美赛心中感到很遗憾，
但是疫情当下，我们也能够理解，也支持学校的决定！
相比于比赛，肯定还是生命与健康更为重要，
希望疫情不要持续太久了，我还想早点去上学啊！呜呜呜o(╥﹏╥)o

MCM/ICM 竞赛更新

In solidarity and sympathy with Chinese students and colleagues as
they deal with the coronavirus outbreak, COMAP has decided to offer an
alternate entrance into MCM/ICM for this year.
为了声援和同情中国学生和同事应对冠状病毒爆发，COMAP决定今年提供参加MCM/ICM的另一个可选方式。

In an effort to accommodate all students/teams we will be breaking the
MCM/ICM competition into 2 contest weekends. Teams may choose from
either Weekend 1: February 13-17, 2020 or Weekend 2: March 5-9, 2020.
You are NOT required to choose a weekend prior to the contest start.
Each weekend will offer a selection of different problems. However,
teams may only submit a solution during one weekend and to only one
problem. 为了适应所有学生/团队，我们将MCM / ICM比赛分为两个比赛周末进行。
团队可以从周末1：2020年2月13日至17日或周末2：2020年3月5日至9日中进行选择。您无需在比赛开始前选择一个周末。
每个周末都会提供一系列不同的问题。 但是，团队只能在一个周末内只针对一个问题提交论文。

All teams must be registered by the registration deadline of 3:00 p.m.
EST on Thursday, February 13, 2020 regardless of the weekend they plan
to compete. Teams that have already registered and received a team
number/control number DO NOT need to re-register.

will allow for more student teams affected by public health measures
